A special programme was conducted to mark the consumer Rights Day on 15th March, 2024. The objective of the programme was to raise awareness about consumer rights and needs. The programme was at Divyayan KVK. The theme of the programme was “Empowering Consumers through clean energy transition”. The Chief Guest of the programme was Shri Kamleshwar Prasad Singh, Managing Director, Directorate of Jharkhand State Marketing and Inspection. Heemphasized that a consumer must be fully aware of his rights to information, safety and selection.
