General Terms for Donations

a) Donations are accepted for various catagories of purpose such as Rural Development Work, Helath Care Programme, Educational Programmes, Ashrama General (Inclues Celebration, Temple and monastic services etc.

b) Donations are only recieved from genuine and bonafied persons

c) Donors wish to donate Rs. 10,000/- or more than Rs. 10,000/- need to provide his/her PAN number

d) When a donor makes a donation online, certain information is collected, including donor’s name, address, phone number, email address and purpose of donation.

e) Any unsuccessful payment due to slow internet connection, server error, payment gateway error or due to any other reasons, is automatically credited to the respective bank account within 4 to 5 working days.

f) After successful payment, orginal money receipt and acknowledgement letter will be sent to the donor by post within 21 days to the address provided while making online donation.

g) If the original money receipt is not received within 21 days, the donor may write e-mail to ranchi.morabadi@rkmm.org or call us on (0651-2551008, 2551970 from Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 12 noon and 2pm to 5pm)

h) After succesful payment, refund of donation amount is not entertained.

i) The online transaction service is provided by highly secured ATOMTECH PAYMENT GATEWAY

j) Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Morabadi, Ranchi is one of the branch centres of Ramakrishna Math and the Ramakrishna Mission are exempt from income-tax under Section 80G (1) (ii) read with Section 80G (4) of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961.

k) All donations are thankfully acknowledged and the details of income-tax approval order to Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission will appear on your donation receipt.

xi) All Disputes, complaints and grievances will be treated seriously, quickly and in a timely manner, having due regard to procedural fairness and confidentiality. All parties are required to participate in the dispute resolution process in good faith. If you believe that there has been an error with your donation, you should notify us directly on (0651)2551008, 2551970 and confirm that a notice in writing or by email at ranchi.morabadi@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can resolve your query quickly.
