In collaboration with Lions Club, Ranchi, World Environment day was observed at Divyayan on 5th June, 2015 in gracious presence of Hon’ble minister for Youth, Sports, Art, Culture and Revenue, Govt. of Jharkhand Sri Amar Kumar Bauri along with the monks, faculty members, staff and trainees. While speaking on the occasion Hon’ble minister said that it is our prime duty to take all actions to pass on a clean and safe environment to our next generation the way we had got same from our forefathers. Rev. Swami Bhaveshananda in his presidential address said that conserving and keeping the environment safe is a part of our great traditional culture and stressed on to adopt organic farming for safe environment. To mark the occasion neem plants were planted by the Guests, faculty members and trainees. |
