Courses Offered: -At present two innovative and non-conventional courses are offered namely, 5 year Integrated M. Sc. in 'Integrated Rural and Tribal Development' and one year PG diploma course in 'Agro-based Biotechnology'. Students are getting education through the integrative mode of teaching, learning, extension, identification of rural problems and planning future prospects that make them confident enough to undertake any challenge in the field of rural and tribal development.

 

Future Prospects: -There is a great possibility of absorption of the students passing out of these courses in government and non-government organizations (NGOs), banks and corporate houses requiring professionals for their business and development activities. Further, these courses would empower students for self-employment through rural entrepreneurship, rural agri-clinics etc.

 

So far 1 batch of 6 students under ABBT has successfully passed out of this faculty Centre. Out of six student four students were absorbed by ‘Excel Industries’ through campus Selection.
