Text Box: The need of this Project
Problem:	
The present education system aims at a white colored job and it is leading towards more poverty and unemployment. It is a system that does not provide scope of development of creativity and free thinking power in children. It takes away a farmer’s son or daughter away from harnessing the natural resources and renewable resources for achieving prosperity through self-reliance. Children from very beginning feel study as a burden, full of tension and heavy books give rise to nervousness. Children are more conscious about examination rather than studying for gaining knowledge. Thus an entirely new approach was required. The delivery system needed to be altered drastically. Changes in strategy, i.e., an altogether new delivery mechanism; was the need of the hour. A model that makes the study easy and burden free, tempts the children to learn. It puts the children into a search mode, search for the new thing.

Primary School

Special types of games were played to enhance the power of concentration, memory, alertness and smartness and this adds to the personality development of the student. For integrated development of the children special classes were kept for Yoga, meditation, PT and marching.

Children were taken on excursion to expose them to the nature. They were made familiar with the trees, seeds and crops. They were made to recognize every component of the nature and were explained how we are related to the nature. This makes them aware of the natural resources available in their area. They are asked to discuss how they can harness these resources.

Children are made aware of Health & Hygiene. Periodical medical Check-up and blood group testing was carried out. Health Card for all the children was prepared in these three places.

They learn while working on Horticulture, Bee-keeping, Vermi compost etc.

We provided course books and study material and also the Honorarium of teachers as necessary, solar lanterns, uniforms, school bags, carpet for class rooms and sports materials.
