F Collaboration with the subject mater specialist of the state agricultural universities/scientists of regional stations and the state extension personal in own farm testing refining and documenting technologies for the development of region specific sustainable land use system.  

 

F Imparting trainings to up date the extension personnel with in the area of operation and emerging advances in agricultural research on regular basis.

 

F Organize long-term vocational training courses in agricultural and allied vocations for the rural youths with emphasis on “learning by doing” for generating self-employment through institutional financing

 

F Organize front-line demonstration in various crops to generate production data and feed back information
