This Ashrama feels deprivation of education in rural area is mainly due to the rigidity of the formal system of education in terms of fixed time, fixed curriculum, evaluation system and learning peace. In order to meet the challenges, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Morabadi, Ranchi with the help of local Block Level organisation formed by the ex-trainees of Divyayan is running Primary schools and Bridge schools. Being an accredited institute of National Institute of Open Schooling the Ashram also make the drop out students and those who can not make it to day school (as they help their parents in field during day time) to take admission and appear different level of examination through NIOS. Apart from this educational programmes are also conducted in different jails of Ranchi district. |
