Final Recommendation for micro level situation:

Treatment T3 may be the best recommendation for increasing the productivity at  the micro level situation

Constraints identified :

i)           Technology (Foliar application of nitrogen) was unknown to the farmers

ii)          Spraying is difficult in rainy season

iii)         Sprayer not available in the local market

Feedback from the farmer :

Farmers were satisfied as the technology is affordable and easy to apply
